Your guide to mapping your financial future

Without a plan, achieving your retirement goals may feel unattainable, especially if you’ve experienced overwhelm and confusion around financial matters. Maybe you’ve taken unnecessary detours and are unsure how to get back on track. Maybe you feel like you need to have all your ducks in a row before calling upon an advisor. Hear this: No financial journey is perfect, so we don’t expect yours to be. Whatever your situation, know that it is possible to bypass some of those pitfalls and walk a straighter financial path.

“Retirement is not the end of the road. It is the beginning of a wide-open highway.”

A look into the journey with us

Our retirement planning services are especially beneficial for couples who are five to 10 years from retirement or five years post-retirement. We love bringing both voices into the financial conversation, helping both spouses gain clarity and understanding around their finances. Our goal is to make the process clear, comfortable and simple.

Initial discovery

In our first meeting, we’ll get to know each other and talk simply about where you are and where you want to go. Over this hour, we will not offer recommendations or advice, so you can relax knowing you don’t have to make any decisions!

Explore what’s possible

In our next meeting, we will be able to offer specific recommendations and advice based on what we discovered from our initial meeting. It’s at the end of this meeting where you get to decide how you’d like to move forward.

Prepare the path

We will take you through the entire process — from setting up accounts to fine-tuning suggestions — and begin implementing a plan for your retirement success.

Journey ahead

From here, we’ll keep an eye on the horizon, monitoring your plan and making optimal adjustments as needed. We’ll be accessible to address questions and offer education. We’re here for you and in your corner!

“I’ve enjoyed working with Samantha from the initial meeting. One of the main reasons I moved money to Insight Wealth was for the benefit of my wife if something should happen to me. I know and trust Samantha will do the right thing and guide my wife through the financial maze.”

7 key areas of your financial plan

Our process focuses on seven areas of financial planning — but not all at once! The first three areas (labeled 1–3 below) lay the foundation for our initial planning and use a proprietary “three bucket approach” that makes retirement income planning simple. The next four areas (labeled 4–7) become our focus after the development of our initial plan. The seventh ring, freedom planning, is positioned centrally, as it leverages the six other areas and positions you to freely give, serve and enjoy life!

Insight Wealth
1
LIQUIDITY PLANNING. We’ll look at your cash and make sure we set you up to get what you need when you need it, planning for emergencies and short-term expenses.
2
INCOME PLANNING. We’ll help ensure your expenses can be paid month to month with reliability and predictability for the rest of your life.
3
GROWTH PLANNING. With your income plan established, we’ll make a plan for investing the remaining assets that you don’t need to draw from monthly.
4
TAX PLANNING. Everyone’s favorite category, right? We’ll develop a strategy to reduce your tax burden and leverage your qualified money.
5
INSURANCE PLANNING. We’ll help you protect yourself from rising healthcare costs with a minimum of expense.
6
LEGACY PLANNING. With a qualified estate planning attorney, we’ll make sure your hard-earned assets go to your beneficiaries in the most tax-efficient manner.
7
FREEDOM PLANNING. This is the really fun part! If you desire to give and serve others, we’ll talk about what ways would bring your life the most significance and meaning.
